Ontario Provincial Police press release NORTH KAWARTHA Twp. – On Thursday February 9, 2012 at approximately 2:17 P.M. officers from the Peterborough County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped and investigated a driving complaint involving the driver of a white Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Chevrolet Silverado on McFadden Road in the Village of Apsley. As a result of the investigation, a 42-year-old Apsley man has been charged for Impaired Driving and Driving with a Blood/Alcohol Level Exceeding the Legal Limit. Ontario Provincial Police press release BANCROFT – On Friday the 03rd of February 2012, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a snowmobile collision on a snowmobile trail in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands. Investigation revealed that a Yamaha snowmobile entered a ditch and rolled onto the driver.
